SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping terms, policies & procedures

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are 100% committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction and encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns. If you are not completely satisfied with your Ferbs Cosmetics Online purchase, simply return the unused product within 30 days and your account will be refunded within three to five business days of receipt of delivery. We regret that there is a 15% restocking fee and cannot refund opened or used products.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges per order:

*The order total used to calculate Shipping and Handling fees will not include the value of the purchase of Ferbs Cosmetics Promotional Code Discounts.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
  • Orders with Overnight or Second Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 pm EST.
  • Second Day and Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Overnight or Second Day Service is not available for shipments to APO / FPO, P.O. Boxes and certain locations in Alaska. Please call us Toll Free: 1-866-99-FERBS (or 1-866-993-3727) or via AIM at “FerbsCosmetics” or contact us here.

Some items sold by Ferbs Cosmetics website may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.

The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Ferbs Cosmetics’ website, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.  If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.  If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

We’re sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destination outside the continental U.S.A. and its territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipments to APO/FPO, PO Boxes and U.S. Territories

  • Most orders may be shipped to P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions may apply.
  • Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Military APO / FPO orders and orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses cannot be shipped via Second Day or Overnight Priority service.
  • For orders shipping to APO/FPO locations, please state AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada; AA for Armed Forces Americas; and AP for Armed Forces Pacific. Also make sure that you have selected United States in the Country field.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories

  • Ferbs Cosmetics website accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories of PuertoRico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. Contact us for more information or to make sure we can ship to your area.
  • Priority shipping methods (Overnight or Second Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

Shipping Options

Ferbs Cosmetics website orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Ferbs Cosmetics website order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during purchase “Checkout.”

Standard Service

  • Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order’s ship date. Please note: Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes and are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order’s ship date.

Second Day Service

  • Second Day orders placed by 3:00 pm PT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.

Second Day orders placed after 3:00 pm PT will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Most orders shipped via Second Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • We’re sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Second Day Service. Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight Service

  • Overnight orders placed by 3:00 pm PT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm PT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.

We’re sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Email Delivery – Ferbs Cosmetics Online Downloads or Promotional, Discount or Coupon codes are sent via email and/or downloaded from the world wide web at no additional charge and are normally processed within 5 hours if there are no issues with the order or registration.

Item Availability

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items:

  • If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped via the originally selected shipping method as soon as they are available. The actual delivery date of your backordered item(s) depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please see Shipping Options for details of delivery times for each ship method offered.
  • If your order contains item(s) that are in-stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s).
  • Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note: Items that are not in-stock at the time of purchase are not eligible for promotional offers. Only in-stock items are eligible to be counted towards purchases associated with promotional offers.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through Ferbs Cosmetics website, please follow the steps below.

Please do not return items without prior authorization. Our return policy is informal (no RA# will be issued) but we like to keep a look out for your return.

A return label should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to ‘Damaged Items’ below.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please note: Only products purchased at FerbsCosmetics.com website may be returned for refund or exchange. Ferbs Cosmetics Downloads for purchase can not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-866-99-FERBS (or 1-866-993-3727).

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
